Accessible, Reliable, Compassionate
Your Home. Your Future. Your Way.
Finding a property that truly works for you can feel impossible — especially when you need accessible features or the ability to modify a home to suit.
We are a buyers advocacy service that specialise in accessible housing for buyers and investors — guiding you through every step of the property journey with confidence and care. Our role goes far beyond simply finding a house. We handle the searching, negotiating, and due diligence to secure homes that are either ready to live in today or offer the flexibility to be adapted to your unique needs.
With a deep understanding of accessibility standards, modification pathways, and the realities of the property market, we connect you with options that balance lifestyle, practicality, and long-term value. We support purchasers across Greater Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula, and Gippsland, while for investors we operate across the whole of Victoria.
Whether you’re seeking a forever home, planning to age in place, or looking for a high-yield investment in the specialist housing sector, we make sure every detail is considered.
The result is a seamless, stress-free experience — and the confidence that your home will truly support your future.
Meet Ashley
We are a boutique Property Purchasing and Buyers Advocacy service dedicated to securing the right property for you — one that supports your lifestyle, accessibility, and future needs.
My background is in disability, health, and safeguarding, with over 25 years spent working alongside some of the most vulnerable people in our community. That experience taught me something simple: housing is never just a roof over your head. It’s about safety, security, independence, and belonging.
Today, as a Buyers Advocate, I bring that knowledge into the property market. I specialise in helping people secure homes that are accessible, safe, and future-ready — whether for individuals living with disability, older people planning their next stage of life, or families seeking stability for their loved ones. I understand the barriers people face when searching for the right home and know how to align housing choices with long-term needs. My role is to act solely in your best interests, providing practical guidance, honest advice, and outcomes that genuinely improve quality of life and peace of mind.
I also bring personal experience in property development. Having bought, renovated, and developed homes myself, I understand the negotiation required to secure a property at the right price, the real costs of building and renovating, and the details that turn a house into a home.
At the heart of my work is a fundamental belief: everyone deserves the right to live in a home and community that feels safe, connected, and supportive. By combining property expertise with deep advocacy experience, I help people secure homes that are not only practical and affordable, but truly life-enhancing.
Why Choose Us?
Accessibility First
Every property we source is considered through the lens of functionality, safety, and independence. We look beyond the surface to ensure homes are practical for daily living, adaptable for the future, and supportive of individual needs — whether that means step-free access, safe bathroom layouts, or the potential for modifications that make a house truly livable.
Tailored Service
No two journeys are the same. Whether you’re buying your first home, preparing to downsize, or investing, we take the time to understand your goals and priorities. Our advice is shaped around what matters most to you — from lifestyle preferences to long-term financial planning — so every decision is relevant and meaningful.
Stress-Free Process
Property buying can feel complex, but it doesn’t have to. From in-depth market research and inspections through to negotiation, contracts, and settlement, we manage the details with care and clarity. We cut through the noise, simplify the process, and keep you fully informed, so you can feel confident at every step.
Your Path Forward
Finding the right home is more than a transaction — it’s about creating stability, security, and a future you can look forward to. With us by your side, the journey becomes simple, transparent, and built entirely around you.
My Process
1. Understanding You
Every journey starts with listening. We take the time to understand each client’s story — their lifestyle, their needs and wants, and future goals. This isn’t a checklist conversation; it’s about uncovering what will make a house truly feel like home.
2. Assess Accessibility
Specific requirements matter. Where needed, we can connect clients with trusted Occupational Therapists who can carry out detailed assessments, or use existing assessments to clarify accessibility needs. This ensures the focus is not just on finding any property, but the right property.
3. Explore Modifications
Sometimes the ideal property needs adjustments. We help assess whether a home can be modified to suit the client’s needs, and what it would take to make it their house for life. Clients receive clear guidance on what’s possible before making any decision and we can connect you with qualified professionals to assess if the alterations are possible.
4. Secure your home
When the right property is identified, we take care of the details — from negotiations and auctions to contracts and settlement. Our role is to act solely in your best interests, ensuring the property is secured with confidence and without unnecessary stress. You can focus on the bigger picture — moving into a home that supports safety, independence, and peace of mind — while we manage the process. To make the transition even smoother, we can connect you with trusted professionals for everything from conveyancing to removalists.
For Investors
We work with all investor types, however, specialise in accessible housing — helping investors enter one of Australia’s fastest-growing and most resilient markets. We do the searching, negotiating, and due diligence to secure properties that are either ready for tenants today or have strong potential for accessible modifications or secure new developments in the place that people with accessible needs live or can live with necessary supports.
With demand increasing for accessible housing, aged care downsizing options, and homes designed for ageing in place, accessible property is not only socially impactful but also strategically smart. We evaluate compliance, rental yield, and long-term adaptability to ensure your portfolio performs above the market average while making a difference in people’s lives.
Stronger returns • Long-term stability • Positive social impact
For Agents & Sellers
We believe the best results come from working together. By partnering with agents, we can help connect their listings with buyers who are specifically searching for accessible or adaptable homes.
Our role is to support the process — guiding buyers, answering questions, and showing them the potential of each property. This makes transactions smoother and more meaningful, as families and individuals feel confident they’re finding a place that truly fits their needs.
For agents, it means working alongside an advocate who understands accessibility, making it easier to match the right buyer with the right home, while ensuring the experience is positive for everyone involved.
If your an agent I am keen to know if you have a home that might suit the accessible needs of the individuals I represent, reach out and let me know the location, accessible needs and benefits of the home you have ready for its new owner.
Lets understand what you need and want…
